CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A local man who allegedly kicked a woman in the head multiple times during a domestic assault, waived his hearing on Tuesday morning. According to court documents, the following criminal charges against 25-year-old Semaj Eeloni Garnes, of Clarion, were waived for court during a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, May 14, with District Judge Timothy Schill presiding:

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A Tionesta woman was charged for allegedly stealing over $500 worth of items from Walmart in Cranberry Township. According to court documents, Franklin-based State Police filed criminal charges against 28-year-old Destiny Nichole Altman, of Tionesta, in District Judge Patrick E. Lowrey’s office on April 24.
