Hit-and-run suspect held
A man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash April 18 that killed a 23-year-old pedestrian. Tampa police said a Volkswagen Jetta was eastbound on Busch Boulevard near N. 50th Street about 11:40 p.m. when the male victim attempted to cross the boulevard outside a designated crosswalk. The driver struck the pedestrian and fled.
