Spacca Tutto is an Italian expression of encouragement, colloquially meaning “let’s go” or “go get ’em,” and an apt name for Nancy Silverton’s latest restaurant. The chef and co-owner of the Mozza Restaurant Group partnered with New School Hospitality and Caruso Restaurant Group (of Grand Award winner Caruso’s in Montecito, California) to open Spacca Tutto. The restaurant is in Palisades Village, an upscale outdoor shopping and dining center developed by Caruso, the real estate company founded by Rick Caruso, in Pacific Palisades, the Los Angeles County neighborhood where the January 2025 Palisades Fire destroyed roughly 6,800 structures.
