12th Street project in design phase in Laurel
LAUREL, Miss. (WDAM) - The redesigning of 12th Street in Laurel is in its first stages. “We’ve got a survey crew out marking existing utilities, surveying the topographic elements of the project,” said Mandy Hegwood, Neel-Schaffer. “Design will last through the end of 2024 or into the fall, and then construction is anticipated to begin in probably the spring of 2025.”
