Cape Carteret board approves 12-unit townhome project near golf course
CAPE CARTERET — Cape Carteret commissioners voted unanimously Monday night to approve The Lakes at Star Hill, the first new townhomes in town in years. The board met in the town hall off Dolphin Street. As a result of the action, the developers can now begin construction of the planned 12 units, which will be three four-unit clusters on a 2.3-acre parcel at 123 Taylor Notion Road.
