Sixth Avenue ramp to K-14 closed this week
RENO COUNTY — The entrance ramp from Sixth Avenue to southbound K-14 is expected to close Tuesday, May 21, and reopen around 10 a.m. Thursday, May 23, weather permitting. The ramp work is part of a nearly $3.6 million patching project on K-14. The Kansas Department of Transportation project is from the west K-14/U.S. 50 junction north to Yaggy Road. The length is almost 7 miles. The work is expected to be completed around mid-August.

KDOT will resurface 38 miles of U.S. 50 in Stafford, Edwards counties
Almost $10 million in resurfacing will start soon on a 38-mile stretch of U.S. 50 in Edwards and Stafford counties. The Kansas Department of Transportation work on U.S. 50 involves two connected milling and hot-mix-asphalt projects. The Edwards County project is from the Kinsley west city limits to the Edwards/Stafford county line. The Stafford County project is from the Edwards/Stafford county line to the west end of the roundabout at the U.S. 281 junction. The length in Edwards County is nearly 23 miles; the length in Stafford County is 15 miles.
Bridge repair closes section of Maple Grove Road
