Man charged with kidnapping after domestic altercation in Webster County

WEBSTER COUNTY, W.Va (WDTV) - A man is facing a kidnapping charge after an alleged domestic altercation in Webster County, according to court documents. Patrick Blankenship, 34, of Beckley, is charged with felony kidnapping and misdemeanor counts of domestic battery, domestic assault, obstructing an officer and interference with emergency communications, according to West Virginia State Police.
