Cristo Rey Miami High School receives $2.1 million from Ken Griffin
Cristo Rey Miami High School has announced a $2.1 million grant from Kenneth C. Griffin in support of the school’s capital campaign. The school has reached 90 percent of its $16 million goal, and the gift, awarded through Griffin Catalyst, the investor’s civic engagement initiative, will hep fund the construction of a 38,000 square-foot academic building. Established in 2022, Cristo Rey Miami High School is South Florida’s only college-and-career preparatory high school exclusively serving students from families with limited economic resources.
