On May 18, Green heard the sounds of someone screaming for help outside her home along Stalvey Avenue in Myrtle Beach. It was her 30-year-old son, and Hoyte’s ex-fiancé, Nelson Green Jr.
Myrtle Beach man charged with criminal solicitation of a minor
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - A Myrtle Beach man was recently arrested after allegedly soliciting people they thought were minors for sex, according to authorities. The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office announced Thursday that 52-year-old Bryan Senad was arrested on May 26. He’s charged with one count of criminal sexual solicitation of a minor out of Berkeley County.

Hurricane season has returned. June 1 marks the start of the Atlantic hurricane season, which runs until Nov. 30. This year, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts a near-normal hurricane season with five to nine storms becoming hurricanes and one to four of those could be major hurricanes. Major hurricanes include categories three, four and five in which winds could be higher than 111 miles per hour.
