    HOT PROPERTIES: Sumter’s highest grossing Piggly Wiggly sells for more than $6M

    The highest-grossing Piggly Wiggly store in Sumter recently sold for $6.6 million.

    Colterra Partners sold the 39,365-square-foot property to First National Realty Partners. Douglas Elliman ’s Josh Peck brought the buyer and Thurman Brooks and Eric Howell of Providence Group represented the seller.

    The store, which is staying in place, is located within the high-traffic Sumter Square Plaza, a primary retail corridor near the Sumter Mall. Piggly Wiggly is the anchor tenant in Sumter Square. The second largest retailer at the site is Family Dollar in a space just under 10,000 square feet, according to a Providence Group sales brochure. Other tenants are RAD Spirits, Personal Cash Loans and Hibachi Grill. One space is available and one other, previously occupied by Aaron’s, will be available soon.

    Ryan McCue and Marshall Hoefer of Colliers represented CSS Land LLC in the sale of 36.02 acres of land on Beckman Road in West Columbia to Hurricane Construction.


    Nelson Weston, Tombo Milliken and Tom Milliken of NAI Columbia sold 1540 Bush River Road in Columbia, 1.2 acres of land, for $150,000.


    Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 46,324-square-foot office building at 100 Innovation Place in Lexington.


    Macon Lovelace and Paul Hartley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord that leased out a 1,742-square-foot office space at 7 Technology Circle in Columbia.


    Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord and Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey represented the tenant in the leasing of a 12,956-square-foot office building at 3225 Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia.


    Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 139 Industrial Drive in Lexington.


    Lowcountry

    Casey Lowery of Adams Property Group represented the landlord, 3575 Maybank LLC, in the lease of 4,272 square feet square of medical space at Suite A-C at 3575 Maybank Highway in Johns Island to Bon Secours Charleston UC LLC, doing business as Roper St. Francis Urgent Care. Ed Kercher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.


    Tim Rowley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Ruby’s Bagels, in the lease of 1,408 square feet of retail space in Suite 4D at 1288 Nexton Parkway in Summerville. This is the fifthlocation in the Greater Charleston market for Ruby’s New York Style Bagels .


    Blair Belk and Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the seller, Cloverleaf Properties LLC, in the sale of 2.7 acres of land space at the southwest corner of S.C. Highway 41 and Rivertowne Parkway in Mount Pleasant. The buyer, 814 Acquisitions LLC, paid $1,425,000 for the property and was represented by Michael Carmody and Joe Purze of CBRE .


    Vitr Ravenel Stephens and Taylor Sekanovich of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Buck Investments LC, in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space in Suite 305 at 3373 South Morgans Point Road in Mount Pleasant to Graze Craze. Harlan Ginn of Starpoint Brands represented the tenant.


    Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the landlord, CCX Development LLC, in the lease of 1,266 square feet of medical space in Suite B at 2007 2nd Ave. in Summerville to Ocean Eye P.C.


    Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the tenant, PMC Commercial Interiors, in the lease of 4,196 square feet of office space at 1834 Summerville Ave. in Charleston. Brian Connolly of JLL represented the landlord.


    Upstate

    Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Golden & Green Hair Co. LLC which leased 943 square feet of retail space in Suite 2103 at 500 Congaree Road in Greenville. The landlord is PH-FDG Woods Crossing JV LLC.


    Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Finley Street Properties LLC, doing business as Edgeworth Capital Group. Edgeworth Capital leased 1,498 square feet of office space in Suite 103 at 27 Cleveland St. in Greenville from Ridgeland LLC.


    Kevin Pogue, John Montgomery, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented McNeel Properties LLC in the purchase of 1.93 acres of land at 2521 and 2527 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs.


    Taylor Charles of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, RH Developments of SC LLC, in selling 0.77 acres of land at 2219 Boiling Springs Road Clement Oaks, Lot 3, Boiling Springs, to Family Thinking Forward LLC.


    Rusty Hamrick of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of 92.5 acres of land on Durbin Church Road in Fountain Inn.


    Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Gower Corp., in a lease renewal of 4,426 square feet of office space in Suites 303-305 at 355 Woodruff Road in Greenville to Faces and Voices of Recovery Greenville.


    Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Gower Corp., in a lease renewal of 1,472 square feet of office space located in Suite 107 at 355 Woodruff Road in Greenville to Upstate Electrical Solutions LLC.


    Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller, 2830 Reidville Road LLC, while Lynn Spencer represented the buyer in the sale of 0.46 acre of land at 0 Oak Grove Road in Spartanburg. Oak Grove Road LLC paid 2830 Reidville Road LLC $100,000 for the property.


    Camelot Center LLC leased 6,780 square feet of retail space at 1600 John B. White Blvd. in Spartanburg to Wellspring Treasures. Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlord in the lease.


    Mike Tan and Neal Boyett of Spencer/Hines Properties represented landlord Joe Zelano in leasing 2,000 square feet of retail space to Trailer Source LLC. The property is at 1520 Asheville Highway in Spartanburg.
