Veterans will soon be able to park their vehicles for free in Pittsfield
PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Veterans are going to be able to park for free in downtown Pittsfield. The City Council passed an ordinance allowing it last week. As a measure of showing gratitude for their service, it will allow veterans to park for free in the city of Pittsfield if they have been verified as veterans by the Veterans’ Service Department, or have veteran plates.
