Hawesville council hears complaints from Windward Heights group
Several residents of Windward Heights Subdivision attended the Hawesville City Council Meeting Tuesday evening, May 14th to voice their disagreement with the new water and sewer rates, saying that the fee that has been levied on subdivision residents is too expensive.
