Lubbock apartments for rent saw essentially no changes since last February
Renters in Lubbock saw apartment listing prices essentially unchanged from February 2025's median of $1,274, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows. The typical apartment listed for rent at $1,275 in February. Median listing prices in Lubbock are trending essentially the same as the previous month's $1,284 price. The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area. It reflects the median rent for all listings that were active at any given point during the month, according to Russell Middleton, co-founder of Zumper. New construction is included in the data and listings that are currently occupied or no longer available are excluded. data.lubbockonline.com Out of 2,489 rental listings in Lubbock, 18 are subsidized. When those are excluded, the overall median rent for listed apartments goes to $1,288 . One-bedroom apartments listed to rent at a median of $750, 3% higher than January, when they were $725.
