Sci-Tech shooting suspect Chantz Dudley turns himself in

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A suspect wanted in connection with a shooting inside Springfield High School of Science and Technology (Sci-Tech) in March, turned himself in on Tuesday.
According to Springfield Police Spokesperson Ryan Walsh, 20-year-old Chantz Dudley of Hartford allegedly forced his way into the High School of Science and Technology on March 11th while armed with a gun. Dudley allegedly used the firearm to strike the victim in the head and then fired one shot through a window.

Dudley was in court on Tuesday and will be held without the right to bail until a dangerousness hearing on Thursday.
Investigation findings revealed that Chantz Dudley, along with his father 45-year-old Dana Dudley of Chicopee, 22-year-old Josiah Livingston of Hartford, and a juvenile female student, attempted to enter the school after being asked to leave by a teacher. During the altercation, one of the suspects brandished a firearm, leading to the disturbance.
Dana Dudley was arrested on March 19th and was held on a $75,000 bail however, it was revoked due to an unrelated open case for 90 days. He was charged with the following:
