PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Liquidation sales are underway at all Value City Furniture and American Signature Inc. stores, the company confirmed in a message on its website. It states, “As part of the outcome of our sale process, all [Value City Furniture] and [American Signature Inc.] retail stores will be permanently closing.
