    Silver Alert sent for missing at-risk Spokane woman

    SPOKANE, Wash. — A Silver Alert has been sent out for a missing at-risk Spokane woman.

    According to Washington State Patrol, 71-year-old Terra Havens was last seen in Spokane on April 19, around 10:00 a.m.

    Havens was wearing a pink fleece tinker bell jacket. She has a unicorn tattoo on her left arm.

    WSP says Havens has cognitive issues and is without medication.

    Havens is 5-feet-7-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. Haven has blond/gray hair and has green eyes.

    Havens drives a 2019 Toyota Corolla with Washington License Plate number CKZ6500.

    WSP says if anyone sees Haves, be sure to call 911.
