POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – A Broward County man was arrested Monday after he struck a woman in the face with a brick for littering, authorities said. The incident occurred Aug. 25, 2023, in the parking lot of a building located at 190 NE 12th Ave. in Pompano Beach, but Chaddie Maurice Harrison, 42, was arrested Monday on a warrant for the incident.
