What’s in a name? A lot, and it’s not always clear cut.
Sara Rubin here, with names on my mind. We live in a world of geographic features and places named largely by the Western people who allegedly “discovered” them. Salinas voters weigh repeal of local rent protections
As Election Day draws near, the city of Salinas has released an updated list of frequently asked questions about its rent stabilization program that includes information about Measure H, the ballot measure that if passed would repeal the program along with three other tenant-related ordinances. Somebody In California Is Trying To Trademark O-Block And We Have Questions
California Man Tries To Trademark O-Block And Chicago Might Have Something To Say!. O-Block may be one of the most recognizable names in Chicago Hip-Hop, but a California man apparently wants to put his own legal stamp on it. And I have a feeling this could get contentious if the right people catch wind of it. And they will thanks to me. 🙂
