SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A Converse man is under arrest and now faces charges related to smuggling of contraband and narcotics into the Karnes County Detention Facility. In a Monday release, the U.S. Department of Justice says 40-year-old Dexter Obryan Sistrunk was arrested Friday.
