According to a recent permit filing, India Belly has filed for a location in Snoqualmie at 8406 Railroad Avenue SE.

A representative of India Belly was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what India Belly plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, behind India Belly is Aahana Investments LLC.

Bizapedia states that Aahana Investments LLC was incorporated on January 13th, 2024. Listed on the permit and business filing are Amit Seth and Rashi Tandon.

For the property itself, according to Crexi , the property is described as an “Excellent opportunity to own a stand-alone, absolute-net, fully-fixtured restaurant building, that has been long established in the rapidly growing Snoqualmie Valley serving Snoqualmie and North Bend.”

“The layout of the interior space maximizes the efficiency of the building with a large covered deck for outdoor seating, a welcoming entry door, lots of windows allowing in the natural light, a large ordering area, both booth and table/chair seating options, two restrooms, a fully built-out kitchen area with a type 1 hood, walk-in cooler, refrigeration, and comes with all of the necessary equipment to operate a successful restaurant.”

Loop Net provides additional information on the property, stating it was built in 1985 and is approximately 1,500 square feet. The property consists of only one level.
