Literacy foundation awards over $17k to southwest Arkansas programs
MAGNOLIA, Ark. (KTAL/KMSS) – Several organizations in southwest Arkansas are getting a helping hand to support adult, family and summer literacy programs. The Dollar General Literacy Foundation awards literacy grants to nonprofits, libraries and schools across the country. This year, the foundation granted nearly $145,000 to organizations in Arkansas. These grants help local students reach higher goals for a brighter future.
