Non-profit “Paws of Change” asks for blankets for pets in need
LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Paws of Change is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to keep animals off the streets and out of the shelters by providing resources, education and advocacy. While we are not a shelter or rescue taking in animals, our goal is to keep them from ever setting foot there. We do this by providing pet owners in our community with resources such as food from our pet pantries, and we have other programs planned in the future once funding allows, such as our spay and neuter voucher program along with pet owner education.
