Parkland honors more than 40 athletes and their college destinations
Connor Johns didn’t have an Ivy League destination in mind when he joined the football team prior to his junior year. The now-senior at Parkland High School hadn’t previously played organized tackle football. A couple seasons later, he’s headed to the University of Pennsylvania to continue his gridiron career.
Parkland leads Northampton as rain suspends play in the 4th inning

Early-on both teams were trading blows, Addy Sabo starting the scoring with a solo home run in the top of the first for the Hurricanes. Nazareth girls lacrosse wins at Parkland, gets closer to EPC tourney berth
The Nazareth girls lacrosse team, led by its balanced attack, is enjoying a renaissance this season. The Blue Eagles were a perennial championship contender when lacrosse first came to the Lehigh Valley a little more than a decade ago, but have not qualified for the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference tournament since 2018.
