SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – The Crisis Intervention Team will be at Washington High School on Monday to help students with emotional needs as they return to school.

Washington’s principal, Kari Papke, sent a statement on Sunday saying one of their students, 9th grader Milana Reeves, passed away on Saturday.

Part of the statement reads, “All of us may be feeling a variety of emotions: shock, sadness, even some confusion. What is most important is that we care for and support each other.”
