CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Friday and Saturday will be busy days for those who have a high school student graduating from the Corpus Christi ISD. Between 10 a.m. Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday, the district will see thousands of students walk the stage in six different ceremonies, all at the same place.

Corpus Christi ISD continues project-based learning model for summer school
Corpus Christi ISD's 2024 summer programs will build on previous years, incorporating project-based learning and enrichment to foster student success. CCISD’s summer programs are aimed at students who didn’t meet grade-level expectations during the traditional school year based on testing throughout the year and students who could benefit from extra support. The goal is that by the time students start the next school year in the fall, they’ll have reduced their achievement gaps and be better prepared to succeed.
Spots open for STEAM summer camp at Antonio E. Garcia Arts & Education Center
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Looking for a camp for your student this summer break?. The Antonio E. Garcia Arts & Education Center announced Wednesday that there are just a few spots left for area students to register for the Teens Building for Tomorrow Camp starting next week. Spots are open to students enrolled in grades 6-12. You can also choose to sign up for another session.
