The man charged in the Low Country hit and run that killed two Simpsonville women is now out on bond.

25-year-old Max David Gentillin of Charleston was charged in the Sunday morning crash with two counts of hit and run involving death.

The two girls, both 20 years old, were identified as Lizzy Zito and Arianna Gamber.

The College of Charleston, where both girls attended and one was just weeks away from graduating from, and the families of the two girls all responded following the incident and the arrest.

Gentillin was in a bond hearing Thursday night, where bond was set at $300,000. Authorities report he posted bond and will remain on house arrest with a GPS monitor.
