Federal grant program aims to help Oklahomans affected by 2022 severe storms
A program using federal money looks to help rebuild Oklahoma communities severely impacted by severe storms in 2022. Get the latest news stories of interest by clicking here. Through the Rural Disaster Home Repair Grant Program, residents can receive up to $40,675 directly from the U.S. Department of Agriculture state office to rebuild. The program is for Adair, Cherokee, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Pottawatomie, Seminole and Tulsa counties.

Camden housefire causes great loss
A Tuesday morning fire on March 14 completely destroyed the Camden home of Dean Warren and his 18-year-old daughter Jacklyn. According to the owner of the property the fire started about 9 a.m. and burned with such intensity, it caught the garage on fire later in the evening, burning into the night and even into the next day.
