Sidney Takes Championship Title as Griswold Girls Earn Top Two Spots in Corner Conference Golf Tourney

(Sidney, IA) – At the Fremont County Golf Course on Wednesday afternoon, the Sidney Cowgirls were able to take the team victory while shooting 412 to win the Corner Conference Tournament. Right behind was Essex/Stanton at 537 and Fremont Mills earned third at 554. Griswold’s Linsey Keiser and Joanna Reynolds were able to take the top two spots for the Corner Conference Championship as Keiser shot 92 and Joanna Reynolds shot 98. Coming right alongside was Sidney’s Ellie Ward who shot just one over Reynolds with a 99 and Sidney’s Jocelyn Tackett earned fourth while shooting 100.
