According to a press release from the Southern York Regional Police Department, the dog was found by a local resident around midnight.

Selinsgrove, Pa. — State police charged a Hanover man for a jewelry heist at the Selinsgrove Walmart store. The 42-year-old man, who police did not name in their report, went to the store located at N. Susquehanna Trail late in the evening on Sept. 15. State police at Selinsgrove say he managed to take 19 pieces of jewelry worth $1,678 and left the store. Pieces he stole included a necklace valued at $196 and a chain necklace valued at $98. Charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property were filed at the office of District Judge Scott A. Zeigler.

Route 116 was closed for roughly three hours Friday morning when a truck hauling ice flipped off the roadway, officials said.
