Lengthy investigation leads to the arrest of three accused of drug dealing in Auburn
AUBRUN, Ind. (WFFT) - Officers say a month-long investigation led to the arrest of several residents accused of drug dealing in DeKalb County. DeKalb County Superior Court issued a warrant served on June 5th, at 11:35 a.m., for a residence just north of the 800 block on VanBuren Street in Auburn, Ind., after a month-long investigation.
Paulding County Municipal Court 6-6-24
Brandon Moser, 22, Bryan, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony and theft, a fourth-degree felony, and the case was bound over to Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Sentenced: Giovanni Mercado Nieves, Paulding, speed, $45 fine; driving under suspension, dismissed. Dismissed: Jason Friend, 38, Antwerp, theft (two counts); Bethany Friend, 38, Antwerp, theft (two counts); William Ramseyer, 19, Ossian, Ind., possession of marijuana; Andrew Plumley, 19, Portland, Ind., possession of marijuana.
Unison Health brings youth home-based services to families in the region
Unison Health is launching a new home-based program focused on providing services and support to youth facing serious emotional and mental health challenges and their families. The Intensive Home-Based Treatment Program will provide intensive in-home services to youth in Lucas, Williams, Fulton, Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Mercer, and Van Wert counties. The program was made possible by a grant of $532,729 from the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Center of Excellence and the Ohio Department of Medicaid. IHBT is offered through the OhioRISE Program, an initiative of Ohio Medicaid and the office of Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine to increase access and care management for children with mental health concerns.
