Police and fire rescue responded. Medics treated the man. Officers arrested the suspect for physical control and drug paraphernalia. The man was cited and released to the Lakewood emergency room.

Four men are caught at Spillway property with spray paint, alcohol and marijuana: Chagrin Falls police blotter
CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio – Trespassing, Cleveland Street:. Police responded to a 10:27 p.m. May 3 call to the Spillway property for reported trespassers. Officers detained four men found there along with suspected marijuana and alcoholic beverages. Two Chester Township men, ages 19 and 20, had spray paint cans. They were charged with criminal trespassing and possession of criminal tools. A third Chester Township man, 20, was charged with criminal trespassing and a 19-year-old Lakewood man was charged with criminal trespassing and underage possession of alcohol. All four received criminal summonses with a mandatory court date at Bedford Municipal Court.
