Mayfield Heights City Council has approved plans for the creation of a new Popeyes restaurant at the vacant parking lot near a CVS building at 5901 Mayfield Road. The approval for the construction of a new Popeyes by the Landes Group, an investment group out of Dallas, was one of two sets of legislation passed at a recent meeting, the other being the renovation of the CVS building that is on the site and also owned by Brett Landes of the Landes Group.
