Warren Sapp files updated lawsuit against city of Tampa
Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer Warren Sapp filed an amendment lawsuit against the city of Tampa Wednesday, claiming officials violated his free speech rights. The new complaint comes days after a federal judge dismissed Sapp’s original lawsuit, which alleged that city officials suppressed his First Amendment rights by having him removed from a council meeting they said he disrupted.

TAMPA — Good Friday Tampa Bay! It is a mild morning with a little bit of fog and mist for some. Temps are in the low to mid 70s to start off the day. Mostly sunny skies continue throughout the day. The rain chances really fall today, a stray sprinkle for some, but the majority of us are dry. Highs are warm and muggy in the mid 80s- feeling like the 90s. DePaul sees big lead cut to two, but holds off South Florida
Kruz McClure scored 18 points off the bench and Noah Meussen contributed 13 points and seven assists as DePaul held on for an 82-80 nonconference victory over South Florida on Thursday night in Chicago. Ade Popoola posted 12 points and Kahmare Holmes added 11 for the Blue Demons (2-0), who never trailed but saw their 19-point second-half lead trimmed to two in the final minutes. Garrett Johnson scored 23 of his career-high-tying 26 points in the second half for USF (1-1), as the junior guard sank a career-high eight 3-pointers on 13 attempts.
