Proposed residential development at Rodeo Center to go before Mesquite city council
The Ranch at Rodeo Center, a proposed residential development near New Market Road and Rodeo Center Drive, is set to go before the Mesquite City Council on July 1. At a June 10 planning and zoning meeting, City of Mesquite Planner John Cervantes presented the proposed residential development on two tracts of land located at 21701 I-635. The property measures around 25.4 acres and was originally zoned for commercial use. With single-family homes to the south and west of the property, Marc Tolson, with Arrive Architects, along with MPH Development, proposed a medium-density residential development, including 142 build-to-rent townhomes in the northern tract and 135 build-to-rent patio homes in the southern tract.
