Lafayette man arrested again on stiffer counts in fatal April crash
A Lafayette man was rebooked Tuesday in connection with a fatal April crash on Mills Street. Joshua Alesi, 33, of Lafayette, was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on counts of vehicular homicide, first-degree negligent injuring and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, which carry stiffer penalties than the laws cited in his original arrest.
