A 60-year-old Saratoga County man has been sentenced to five years of probation for threatening police during a domestic incident. David C. Fuller, of Moreau, was arrested in March after police responded to a home in Moreau for a report of a fight. The victim came out of the house and told police that Fuller was inside threatening to use his weapon to hurt police.

Police: South Glens Falls man submitted forged document
A South Glens Falls man is facing charges for allegedly submitting a forged court document. State Police received a complaint in August that a forged document had been submitted to Moreau Town Court. The investigation determined that Robert G. Orton, 40, filed the paper with an intent to defraud, which resulted in court action concerning the eviction process, police said. Orton was in the process of being evicted.

Police: Malta man arrested twice in one day
A Malta man was arrested twice in one day, including on charges of rape and unlawful imprisonment. Kevin J. Decelle, 34, is facing multiple charges following a domestic incident that happened on Nov. 23, State Police said. Troopers responded to a home on Schuyler Court in Halfmoon at about 9:20 a.m. for a report of a dispute. Decelle is accused of striking the victim multiple times during the overnight hours, obstructing the person’s breathing and sexually assaulting them, police said. Decelle also allegedly held the victim against their will and prevented them from calling 911.
Rabid fisher bit three people at Queensbury nature preserve
QUEENSBURY, N.Y.- A fisher that bit three people and attacked a fourth at Hudson Pointe Nature Preserve had rabies, said Warren County officials. After two visitors were bitten Wednesday, a warning was sent out for visitors to be on the lookout for a fisher or similar creature attacking unprovoked. Both visitors bitten had been walking on trails at the preserve, one of which was with their dogs.
