Community Corner: Tickets are still available for Savannah Jazz’s Circle of Friends’ Annual Gig

SAVANNAH, Ga (WSAV)- They are the hottest tickets in town and seats are still available, but you better act fast!

Paula Fogarty, the Executive Director of Savannah Jazz, joined News 3’s Kim Gusby on today’s Community Corner to talk about We are talking about the Savannah Jazz’s Circle of Friends Annual Gig.

The primary goal of the fundraiser is to keep jazz accessible to everyone in our community.

There is a live auction going on right now to help support the program. Some items are already sold, but many great prizes are still available.

Eventgoers can look forward to performances from John Bracket Quintet, Delbert Felix, Howard Paul, members of the Savannah Jazz Hall of Fame, and many more big names.

It will be a night of dancing, plenty of food, and an open bar.

The gig is scheduled for Friday, May 3, from 6:30- 9:30 p.m., at the Ships of Sea Maritime Museum.

Ticket levels range from $80 to $2,500 with various benefits for each level throughout the

year. Every ticket purchase comes with front-row access to all the free events in Forsyth Park.
