Dana Point Youth Baseball Team Seeks Help Getting to Cooperstown
The Dana Point Youth Baseball Team, Select Tsunami, came to the Dana Point City Council to ask for help meeting their goal of getting to Cooperstown. “We're very honored to call Dana Point our home and have the opportunity to represent this city as we go to the Cooperstown tournament,” said Tyson Rae, the team manager for the 12-and-under Tsunami. “But we need your help; as you know, it's an expensive endeavor. We've been diligently fundraising for the trip, and we've managed to raise about $30,000 of our $36,000 fundraising.”
