    Citywide garage sale takes place in St. Peter May 16-19

    Residents from the area are invited to visits garage sales taking place in St. Peter over the weekend May 16-19.

    Check out the St. Peter Chamber of Commerce Facebook page for the latest info. Sales listed on the page as of May 15 included:

    • 909 N. Fourth St. — May 16 2-7 p.m., May 17 2-7 p.m, May 18 8 a.m.-2 p.m.: Lots of girls clothes 0 to size 10/12, ladies clothing, and toys.

    • 1305 N. 5th St. — May 16, 17, 18: Furniture, along with other house and garage items.

    • 1714 N. 5th St. — May 17 2-7 p.m. and May 18 7 a.m.-2 p.m.: Woman’s clothes size s-m. Girls and boys clothes variety of size s(size 5-8 or xs, s m), shoes, strollers, bikes, coats, purses, books, kids miscellaneous toys.

    • 319 Skaro St.: May 17-18 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.-noon: Most items half-priced Sunday. House moving/downsizing sale. Many large house and garage items, dehumidifier, electric fireplace space heaters, ladders, two horse saddles, large collection of antique jars, outdoor patio furniture, and lots more.

    • 808 Austin Dr. — May 17, 18, 19 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.): Four sofas, a futon lounger-bed, mattress, box spring, two foam mattresses, professional filing cabinets, tongue-groove flooring, 3 desks (one antique), low coffee tables, four end tables, lamps, antique chest of drawers with mirror, exercise equipment.

    • 1013 Engesser Lane — May 17 5-7 p.m. and May 18 8 a.m.-noon: Craft supplies/tools. Current/vintage cut patterns. Women’s clothes size m-xl. Boy clothes size m-l. Shoes and purse. School library quality books. Board games. Movies and music cds. Home decor from Contents and Hobby Lobby. Thirty-one. Tools. Aluminum canoe. Household misc.

    • 443 Nichols Ct. — May 17 noon to 6 p.m. and May 18 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Two sizes of tillers, weber spirit gas grill, weber grill, croquet set, car ramps, new ringer mop bucket, antique mantle clock, cream cans, household items, some fishing items.

    • 610 Fair St. — May 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon. Plus size women’s quality clothing. Scrapbooks and supplies. Some 31 items. Tools. Household. Wedding decorations and signs.

    • 722 Sunrise Dr. — May 17 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and May 18 9a.m.-2 p.m.: Sunrise Church Garage Sale. All proceeds will go toward church kids and youth programs. Food will be available for purchase, and youth will be having a car wash on the 18th.
