Endangered Person Advisory issued for St. Louis teen

ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis County Police have issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a teenager.

13-year-old Tiyanna McNeil-Hayes was with her foster mom in the car when they had an argument and she exited the vehicle near 9844 Lorna Lane around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday.

According to police, McNeil-Hayes is without needed medication.

She is described as a Black female, 5’0″, 143 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. She was last wearing a gray headband, tie-dye-style hooded sweatshirt, black leggings, and white Crocs.

If anyone has any information regarding Tiyanna’s whereabouts, 911 should be dialed immediately, or you can contact the St. Louis County Police Department at 314-324-0166.
