Drive-thru chicken restaurant approved

A new Zaxby’s drive-thru chicken restaurant was approved by the Wentzville Board of Aldermen at its Oct. 21 meeting. The project will be constructed on the west side of Wentzville Parkway just north of West Pearce Boulevard, according to Brandon Harp of Civil Engineering Design Consultants. He said it will include a 2,600-square-foot double drive-thru that will accommodate 21 vehicles and house 29 parking spaces. It will include a brick overlay with the company's signature red tower awnings and muted white accents.

Wentzville-Area Mobile Home Park Residents Evicted for New Shopping Center

County cites issues 'affecting the accuracy of certain property tax bills’

In an Oct. 28 email to constituents, St. Louis County Council Vice Chairman Mark Harder (R-District 7) said several systemic errors in data resulted in inaccurate real property tax bills for an unknown, but potentially significant number of properties.
