ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – A Belleville, Illinois, man was charged earlier this week in connection with a fatal shooting this past weekend. According to a Belleville Police Department spokesperson, officers were sent to a home in the first block of Ben Louis Drive, just south of Highway 161, for a domestic disturbance just after 11 p.m. on April 14.
