The Central Virginia Masterworks Chorale presents the local premiere of William Payn's "LOVE"
The Central Virginia Masterworks Chorale is presenting the Virginia premiere of William Payn's "LOVE" this weekend. The piece is a commissioned work that uses words from notable poets talking about love and the human connection. Conducted by Artistic Director Ryan Tibbetts, the Chorale will be joined by soprano Margaret Woods and baritone Joel Kumro, as well as a small chamber orchestra. I have the honor of serving as narrator for the performances, which will be held at Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church in Ashland this evening (May 17th) at 7:30pm and at Grace Baptist Church in Richmond on Saturday evening (May 18th) at 7:30pm.
