Tiki Hut adds new mural and is set to open barbecue restaurant

ROCKVILLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Tiki Hut convenient store in Rockville now has a new mural on the front of the store.

They said that this mural brings the entire feel of the store together. The mural is just part of the improvements and expansions they are doing as they are also adding a state-of-the-art barbecue restaurant right next door to the store.

It is going to include a full bar along with a chef from New York that has 25 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Co-president Barj Singh said that they are constantly trying to cater and provide to this community.

“That is what excites me every day, that every single day I learn something new here,” he said. “The community has been very welcome to us, and it excites me that every time I come here that I can do anything here and everyone will be there to help me and support our business to grow.”

The barbecue restaurant is set to open within the next two to three weeks.
