It was one of Rochester's hottest tickets when it came up: a foodie event with a small number of people and a creative concept.
Tickets to the event — called The Miscela Project — sold out in less than one day on Tuesday, by early afternoon.
Making good food together. And hanging out with fun people. That's the heart of the idea behind it.
"Miscela is an interactive dining (experience) focused on creating community and fun through food. Make pasta with friends in a lively environment, then sit down and enjoy a four-course meal featuring locally sourced ingredients.
- Aperol Spritz bar when you arrive
- Pasta rolling and shaping
- Vino, booch, and tunes to keep the party going
- A four-course meal w/ local ingredients from @growingfamilyfarms and YOUR hand rolled pasta.
- Tickets are $125 pp and include the entire experience, drinks, meal, tip, & tax — leave your card at home. ($135 w/ all web fees)."
