HOBOKEN, NJ - Connors Elementary School was ordered to shelter in place after someone at a nearby senior building was making threats and had a knife, according to a source. Marci Rubin, a spokesperson for the HPD, said the individual had barricaded himself into his apartment, forcing surrounding roads to be closed to vehicular traffic.
