Two people charged with drug trafficking after undercover narcotics investigation
DEXTER, Mo. (KFVS) - Two people have been arrested by the Stoddard County Sheriff’s Office and have been charged with drug trafficking. According to the sheriff’s office, on Tuesday, May 14, deputies assigned to the SEMO Drug Task Force were conducting an undercover narcotics investigation. During the investigation, deputies received information that 34-year-old Milton Taylor Jr. of Poplar Bluff was on his way to sell Fentanyl in the Dexter area.
