After heart transplant, 28-year-old father faces financial battle
SAGINAW TOWNSHIP, MI — The idea of staying stress-free during perhaps one of the most stressful stretches in Teondrae Bond’s 28-year life is stressing him out. Bond last month received a heart transplant and remains in recovery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, and under doctor’s orders, he plans to return to Saginaw Township to live under low-stress conditions for at least 12 months, he said.
