Mabank man with ‘lengthy criminal history’ headed to prison after convicted of burglary, theft
ATHENS, Texas (KLTV) - A Mabank man received a prison sentence on burglary and theft charges on Monday. Tray Daniel Walters was sentenced to 15 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for the offenses of burglary of a habitation and 10 years for theft of property with previous convictions in 392nd District Judge Scott McKee’s court. He was also ordered to pay restitution in each case.
