Henrico Police looking for suspect caught on video shooting dogs
According to police, at around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, officers responded to the 100 block of Elsing Green Way in the Highland Springs are for a report of a shooting. At the scene, the officers spoke to the caller, who said they heard shooting and found two of his dogs injured in his backyard.

Richmond police, schools and parks and recreation are all working together to offer summer programming to keep kids busy and out of trouble. Last year, the initiative led to a reduction in violent crime by 30%.
